The occupational health and safety legislations usually outline the responsibility of employees and how they are supposed to behave. The following are the responsibilities of employees as spelt out in the occupational health and safety legislation (McGuire, 2012); These laws also identify the manner in which managers and supervisors of the organization need to behave. Managers represent the interests of employers, and on this basis, the legislations identifies their responsibilities.
